STANDBY FLIGHTS EXPLAINED:A standby flight means your pet’s travel depends on available seating. While this option is less expensive, there may be significant delays if a seat is unavailable. This option is best for customers that live under 2.5 hours from the airport and are just happy to have a new part of the family. This is offered through our PAXI STANDARD service.CONFIRMED FLIGHTS EXPLAINED:A confirmed flight requires separate purchase of a flight ticket for the PAXIR and pet fee.This guarantees a seat for both the pet and their PAXIR. With no uncertainty, this option is perfect for those who value peace of mind—especially when receiving a pet during or close to holidays, for special occasions where timing is crucial, or if you live more than 2.5 hours from the airport pickup location. This is offered through our PAXI PREMIUM service.PAXI STANDARD:PAXI STANDARD offers cost-effective pet transportation for domestic routes. At Paxi, our mission is to provide reliable, safe, and compassionate care for families, pets, and individuals. These policies ensure clarity, consistency, and fairness for all clients and professionals.By booking with Paxi, you agree to all terms outlined below.1. Accuracy of InformationAll information provided to Paxi must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes care details, pet information, addresses, scheduling details, and contact information.Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation of service without refund and/or refusal of future bookings.2. Anti-Dispute PolicyBy booking with Paxi, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, bank disputes, or payment reversals for any completed service.All payments are final once a booking is confirmed. Any concerns must be addressed directly with Paxi prior to taking external action.Unauthorized disputes may be treated as a breach of agreement and may result in:Permanent refusal of future services
Termination of active bookings
Recovery of losses and administrative costs where applicable
3. No Cancellation / Forfeit PolicyAll bookings with Paxi are final at the time of confirmation.There are no client cancellations allowed
Any missed, declined, or unused booking will be considered a forfeit of service and payment in full
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once booking is confirmed
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is only permitted at the discretion of Paxi
If approved, rescheduling is based on availability and operational feasibility
Additional fees may apply depending on timing and logistics
4. Paxi Unforeseen Circumstances (Provider Side)
If a Paxi professional (“Paxir”) experiences unforeseen circumstances such as illness, travel disruption, weather, or emergency:The service will be rescheduled, not canceled
A new date and time will be provided based on availability
Paxi will ensure the service is completed in full at the earliest possible opportunity
Paxi is committed to completing every booked service safely and responsibly.5. Lateness and AttendanceAll parties are expected to be punctual.Clients must be ready at the scheduled time
If a client is more than 5 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited in full
If a caregiver is delayed, the full service will be honored or rescheduled at no loss to the client
6. Emergencies and Accommodations
In the event of unforeseen emergencies, clients are responsible for any necessary accommodations or transportation (including hotels, ground transport, or related costs).Paxi professionals are caregivers, not emergency services, but will act with care and responsibility in all situations.7. Care StandardsPaxi professionals provide respectful, high-quality care at all times.We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in cases involving unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or policy violations.8. Communication & BoundariesAll communication must remain professional and go through official Paxi channels.Clients are responsible for keeping all information updated and responding promptly during active service periods.9. AgreementBy booking with Paxi, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These policies are designed to protect clients, pets, and professionals while ensuring a structured, reliable service experience.Mandatory Gratuity PolicyGratuity is a required part of our service structure. While nothing is preset or automatically charged at a fixed amount, we do provide a recommended guideline based on industry standards and the level of care, coordination, and support involved in each transport. This ensures fair compensation for the high-touch, luxury nature of our service and the professionals handling your pet’s journey.Emergency, Delay, and Overnight Standby PolicyPAXI provides luxury-level support for both people and pets in the event of unexpected circumstances, including emergency travel changes, extended standby delays, or situations where transport rolls into the next available flight or service window.In the rare event that overnight accommodation becomes necessary while your pet is in the care of a PAXIR, a pet-friendly hotel near the airport must be provided by the customer. Our team will supply approved hotel options and full booking details for your selection.Once confirmed, the customer will submit payment directly for the reservation. If the customer has hotel rewards points or membership benefits, those may be applied at their discretion. Any required deposit will be charged to the customer’s card on file to secure the reservation.No incidental charges will be billed by PAXI, and the customer will receive a full itemized receipt from the hotel.This policy applies strictly to emergency or extenuating circumstances. Just as one would ensure appropriate care and accommodation for a childcare professional traveling with a human child, we do not leave our team or your pet without safe, appropriate lodging when unforeseen delays occur.
